The installer didn't show up twice and they wouldn't answer my emails. Very unprofessional given the amount of money spent on this tile project.

Incredible customer service and selection
The staff really takes the time to walk you through the options. We didn't feel rushed at all and ended up with a better design than we originally planned.

Great product but long shipping
The tile selection is amazing, but we had to wait an extra week for our order to arrive. Product looks good, though.

High quality tile and service
Very impressed with the variety available. The staff are clearly experts at their craft. Only 4 stars because the showroom gets a bit crowded.
