Damaged items
Several of the chairs were cracked when they arrived. I had to patch them up just to make them usable for guests. Not worth the money I paid at all.

Missing equipment
They showed up with half the chairs I ordered and I had to scramble to find seating for my guests. Extremely stressful experience for a big party.

Friendly staff
The team that came to setup our tent was so helpful. They moved some stuff around for us and made sure everything was anchored safely. Great work.
