Returned the car full but got hit with a fuel fee anyway. Dealing with customer service to get it resolved has been a nightmare.

Nice experience overall
Very happy with the vehicle provided. It was fuel efficient and clean. The check-out process was slightly slow but otherwise fine.

Car was okay, bit worn out
The staff was friendly enough, but the interior of the rental had some stains. It functioned fine for the trip though.

Rude staff at the counter
The guy at the counter was dismissive and acted like I was bothering him by trying to rent a car. Really unpleasant encounter.

They saved my vacation
My car broke down right before my trip. These guys had a minivan ready for me within twenty minutes. Total lifesavers for my family trip.
