The car was okay but it could have been cleaner. It had some crumbs in the seat. Staff was nice though. It was a decent experience for the price paid.

Waited way too long
Reserved a car online but had to wait an hour when I got there. No one seemed to know what was going on. I had a busy day planned and this just ruined it.
