Got the car I asked for and it was clean. Staff was nice and the paperwork didn't take forever. Will definitely keep this place in mind for future needs.

Waited way too long
Reserved a car online but had to wait an hour when I got there. No one seemed to know what was going on. I had a busy day planned and this just ruined it.
