Showed up for my appointment and they didnt have the car I booked. They tried to give me something much smaller which did not work for my family. Frustrating.

Waited way too long
Reserved a car online but had to wait an hour when I got there. No one seemed to know what was going on. I had a busy day planned and this just ruined it.
