Was treated quite poorly when I asked simple questions about a property. They didn't seem interested in helping at all unless I was ready to buy.

The agent gave me totally wrong info regarding the zoning on a lot I was interested in. Found out the truth later and it killed the deal. Avoid.

It was okay. Nothing spectacular but they got the job done eventually. Communication could have been a bit better throughout the closing period though.
