The wait is the only downside. Once you get to the window, the staff is very competent and friendly. They helped me clear up an issue fast.

long wait
The office is always busy, so be prepared to wait at least 45 minutes. The staff is polite but they definitely need more help to speed things up.

amazing speed
I was in and out so fast I almost forgot I was at a government office. Very friendly staff who helped me fix a mistake on my form quickly.
