The tractor is great, but getting routine maintenance parts is a nightmare. They rarely have filters in stock and shipping costs are high. Frustrating experience compared to other dealers.

Had a trade-in handled by Keri. She gave a fair value and the whole process was very professional. The shop is a bit busy, so expect to wait a bit when dropping off gear, but the quality of work holds up.
