The tractor repair took longer than expected because they had to wait on parts from out of state. Communication from Mark was decent, but I wish I had been updated sooner regarding the delay.

Had a trade-in handled by Keri. She gave a fair value and the whole process was very professional. The shop is a bit busy, so expect to wait a bit when dropping off gear, but the quality of work holds up.
