Lack of communication regarding timeline
Dropped my bike off for a simple tire change and it took them three days to finish. No one called me to explain the delay.

Best motorcycle service in Naples
Took my Softail in for a tune-up and Frank did an incredible job. Bike runs better than it did the day I bought it.
