The mechanics are great, though the shop is almost always packed. Be prepared to wait if you don't drop off early in the morning.

Professional and fast service
Brought in my SUV for an alignment and oil change. The team is really friendly and they don't try to upsell you on things you don't need.

Worst experience ever
Came in for an oil change and left with a leaky drain plug. Had to go back twice to get it resolved. Won't be back.

Issues with final quote
The bill ended up being much higher than the initial estimate without a phone call to approve the extra work. Very frustrating.
