Had an oil change done yesterday and there is a huge mess on my floor. Clearly the cap wasn't tightened or the filter is loose.

Don't trust them with your car
They told me I needed a new air filter when I just replaced it last week. They are clearly just trying to upsell unsuspecting customers.
