Engine failed twenty minutes in. They took forever to come rescue us and didn't offer a refund or a replacement unit. Complete waste of money.

Waited over an hour despite having a reservation. Then they hit us with extra fuel fees that weren't mentioned. We left and went elsewhere. Avoid.

The jet skis were fast and in good condition. Javier was helpful with the safety briefing. Only reason for 4 stars is that the launch area was a bit crowded.

Hands down the best rentals around. The newer models are extremely fast and stable. Shout out to Marcus for the quick check-in process.

Loved the convenience of the location. The staff was super friendly and had us out on the water in less than ten minutes.
