Even with a confirmed booking, we waited forever for the paperwork. The equipment was fun, but the logistics need serious improvement.

Terrible customer service and hidden fees
Waited over an hour despite having a reservation. Then they hit us with extra fuel fees that weren't mentioned. We left and went elsewhere. Avoid.

Great time on the water
The jet skis were fast and in good condition. Javier was helpful with the safety briefing. Only reason for 4 stars is that the launch area was a bit crowded.

Unmatched speed and quality

Super easy and fun
