Customer service is non-existent
I walked around the store for 30 minutes and no one even bothered to say hello. I'll take my money somewhere else.

Total waste of my time
They promised my dresser would arrive on Tuesday. It's Friday now and nobody knows where it is. Nobody returns my calls.

Nice furniture, delivery was okay
Picked up a nice sectional for the den. Quality is great for the price, though the delivery guys were about an hour late.

Avoid this place entirely
The sofa I ordered fell apart after two months. The manager refused to help or offer a refund. Absolutely terrible service.
