Extremely pushy sales tactics
I felt like a hostage in the sales office. Kept trying to sell me add-ons I didn't want and wouldn't take no for an answer. Never again.

Never coming back again
They promised me a rate and then changed it when I got to the finance office. Felt completely tricked and lied to. Worst experience.

Great service, slight delay
Sales staff was excellent and very knowledgeable about the GMC Yukon. We had to wait a while for the final paperwork, but it was worth it.
