Unexpected charges
They added some service fees I didn't agree to initially. It was a hassle trying to get it sorted out. Just check your bill carefully before signing off.

Worst service encounter ever
I had an appointment but they acted like they never heard of it. Waited three hours for an oil change. When I got my car back, it was covered in grease.
