Great service department
Took my X5 in for an oil change and tire rotation. Everything was done right on time. David from the service desk was excellent and kept me updated.

Poor follow up
Had an issue with my alignment after service. They told me it was fine but it kept pulling to the right. Frustrating service center experience.

Service is generally good. Just wish the loaner cars were available more often. Still, they get the job done.
