They do decent work but the hourly rate is quite high compared to other local suppliers. Hard to justify the cost for basic maintenance.

Quick turnaround on service work
Had a mower deck repair done here. Dropped it off Tuesday and picked it up Thursday. Honest pricing and they did not try to upsell me on anything extra.

Solid shop but busy on Mondays
Good inventory and friendly staff. It can be a long wait if you go on a Monday morning, but otherwise a great place to do business.

Parts order took way too long
I ordered a hydraulic pump for my tractor and it took three weeks to arrive. No updates from the staff, I had to keep calling to check the status.

Very rude service manager
I came in to discuss a warranty issue and was treated like a burden. The manager was extremely condescending and refused to look at my receipt.
