The equipment was good, but it was hard to reach someone to ask about delivery times. Once they arrived, it was fine.

Items were missing from order
We ordered fifty chairs and they only brought forty. Huge headache trying to call and get them to bring the rest.

Tents were nice, chairs were worn
The event tent was great for our party, but quite a few of the plastic chairs were scratched and looked pretty dirty.

Delivery was extremely late
They promised the bounce house by 10 AM, but didn't show up until 2 PM. Ruined the start of our party.
