prices are a little higher than online shops but you get the gear immediately which is nice. service is consistent and the staff is pretty helpful.

waited forever
i stood at the counter for twenty minutes while the staff talked amongst themselves. they ignored me until i finally asked for help. not impressed.

terrible experience
went in for a transfer and the staff was extremely rude and dismissive. i waited way too long even though i had an appointment. never going back.
