I paid to have an oil leak repaired, but within a few days there were fresh spots on my driveway again. I called twice and was told someone would get back to me, but nobody did. When I finally stopped by, I was asked to schedule another diagnostic visit rather than having the original work checked. I understand that older vehicles can have multiple leaks, but the lack of follow-up was unacceptable. I won’t return after having to chase the shop just to discuss a repair that didn’t solve my problem.

    Great experience with my truck

    My pickup needed plugs, fluids, and a general check before a long road trip. They went over the inspection results with me and prioritized the items instead of insisting everything be done at once. I approved the important maintenance and left the rest for later. The truck ran smoothly for the entire trip, and there were no surprise charges at pickup. The staff was easy to talk to and returned my call when they said they would. I’ll definitely use this shop again.

    Worth the drive over

    I brought in a used car I was considering buying and asked for a thorough inspection. They checked underneath, scanned for codes, looked at the brakes and tires, and gave me a written list of what needed attention. Their findings helped me negotiate with the seller and avoid a couple of immediate surprises. I never felt rushed while asking questions.     Good work, busy shop

    I took my pickup in for an oil leak. They found the source and fixed it correctly, and the price felt fair. Communication was a little slow because they were busy, but I’d still return.
