The driver was incredibly rude when I asked about my luggage and the bus was filthy. Will not be traveling with them again.

Smooth ride and helpful staff
Fantastic service. I didn't have to wait long and the bus was spotless inside. Much better than taking the train lately.

Convenient and mostly on time
The bus was clean and the driver was friendly. It was only about 15 minutes late, which is expected in city traffic.
