The flooring looks great in our house, but the installer missed a small transition piece. They fixed it later, just took a second trip.

Floors turned out perfect

Damaged goods upon delivery
Half of our pallet was cracked and they tried to blame it on the delivery driver. Very poor experience, stay away if you can.

Good quality, busy store
The store is very popular so it takes a bit of time to get help, but the actual product is top quality and looks great installed.
