Wrong part given, wasted time
Gave me the wrong belt for my Mustang despite giving them the VIN. Had to drive back and return it. Very frustrating experience for a simple request.

Mixed experience with inventory
Found the part eventually but they had to look in the back for ten minutes because the system said they had one but couldn't locate it. Good staff though.
