Always have the parts I need

Hard to get help
I stood at the parts counter for ten minutes while three people ignored me. They clearly weren't busy, just not interested in helping customers.

Stock is okay, staff busy
Good store but they are always so slammed. It's tough to get an answer on the phone, but if you go in person you usually get what you need eventually.

Helpful with part numbers
I had no idea which part I needed for my engine repair. The staff were super patient and helped me find the exact component in their system.
