Terrible communication regarding my RDX service
Dropped my RDX off for a simple oil change and brake inspection. Was told it would be ready by noon, but nobody called. I had to track down Marcus myself at 4pm just to find out they were waiting on parts.

Quick service and friendly staff
I always bring my MDX here. Kevin in service is super helpful and always gets me in and out ahead of schedule. Great customer lounge too.

Decent service but long wait times
The mechanics at Fountain Acura are clearly skilled, but the wait time for a standard tire rotation was much longer than promised. Good work, just slow.
