Lack of communication
Dropped my motor off and didn't hear back for a week. Had to call multiple times to finally get an update.

Overcharged for basic repair
Service was okay but the bill was much higher than the quote I was given over the phone. Not very happy.

Top notch marine shop
Knowledgeable and very helpful with my older outboard model. They have parts that nobody else in town carries.

Decent service, expensive parts
They do good work but the parts pricing is quite high. Probably cheaper to buy online, but they handle the install.
