My generator came back worse than I left it. They refused to take responsibility for the error. Extremely poor experience overall.

Good repair work on engine

Very unprofessional and rude service
Dealing with the management here was a nightmare. Unhelpful, dismissive, and my repair was delayed for weeks with no real explanation.
