Terrible communication and no show
They scheduled a pickup for my junker and just never showed up. I waited around all morning and nobody called me back. Very frustrating service.

Good experience overall
Fair offer and friendly service. The pickup was prompt and they handled everything. Would use again if I have another junker to get rid of.
