Waited 30 minutes just to pay for an oil filter. The staff seemed overwhelmed and understaffed. They need more help behind the counter.

Found the exact brake pads I needed for my Silverado. Tony was super helpful checking the fitment. Only took off one star because the counter wait was a bit long.

Ordered specific trim clips and was told they would be here Tuesday. Came in today and they hadn't even arrived. Very frustrating to drive all the way out here.
