Staff is nice enough, but the inventory system was down when I went in. Had to come back the next day for a simple filter.

Great parts selection for my Silverado
Found the exact brake pads I needed for my Silverado. Tony was super helpful checking the fitment. Only took off one star because the counter wait was a bit long.

Parts arrived but missing hardware
Picked up my order but noticed some bolts were missing once I got home. Had to go back to get the rest of the kit.

Parts not ready as promised
Ordered specific trim clips and was told they would be here Tuesday. Came in today and they hadn't even arrived. Very frustrating to drive all the way out here.
