Avoid the finance department
They added extra fees that weren't discussed until the very end. Felt like a classic bait and switch. Read your contracts very carefully here.

Service took way too long
Had a simple oil change and it took nearly two hours. They need to work on their scheduling system because the waiting room was crowded.
