I brought in the vin and the old part, yet they still managed to sell me the wrong hose. Had to come back three times. Won't be back.

Solid experience with Ford parts
Got the oil filters I needed quickly. Sarah at the desk is always very knowledgeable about what fits my specific model year. Nice people, just wish it were cheaper.

Decent prices but high wait
The parts are good quality but man do you have to wait to get help. Better to call ahead or order online if you can.
