Came in for an oil cooler gasket and they had it ready on the counter in five minutes. Best parts department in the county.

Parts are right but service is slow
They had the alternator I needed for my Explorer, but the computer system was lagging. It took forever to pay. Good parts, poor tech.

Asked a question about a part and the guy acted like I was bothering him. I will try a different dealership next time.

Waste of time
Nobody picked up the phone for 20 minutes, then they hung up on me. When I drove there, they were just standing around.
