The service tech was very thorough in explaining why I needed new brake pads. My only complaint is that they charge a premium compared to other local shops.

The work done on my car was fine, but the communication was lacking. I had to call twice to check if my vehicle was ready instead of them reaching out.

Service was standard, but the facility was crowded and I didn't get the loaner car I requested. The work was done well though, so it's a bit of a toss-up.
