I dropped off my Navigator for a simple light repair and it took over four hours. Communication was really lacking today, very frustrated.

Good work but busy
They do great work here but it can get pretty busy. Make sure you book your appointment well in advance if you want a loaner vehicle.

Top notch service department
The team here is fantastic. Brought in my Aviator for a recall and they handled it without any issues. Very professional and clean lounge area.
