The sales process started fine, but the finance guy pushed hard for extended warranties for 45 minutes after I already said no. It really soured the mood of buying a new vehicle.

Brought my Durango in for a check engine light. They kept it for three days without a loaner car, and communication was poor. I had to call them repeatedly to get an update on the part status.

The team at Gator CDJR was helpful. Sarah made the paperwork painless and quick. My trade-in value was fair, though the wait for detailing took longer than expected. Overall happy with the Jeep.

Had a great time working with David. He helped me pick out a great SUV and didn't try to upsell me on features I didn't want. The inventory here is really impressive compared to other local lots.
