Work is good, shop is messy
The mechanical work is solid, but the shop area is pretty chaotic. They did fix the problem but it could be more organized.

Frustrating boat service experience
Brought my boat in for engine work. They quoted me three days, but it took three weeks. Nobody could give me a straight answer.
