Decent car but long wait
The car itself is solid, but we sat in the lobby for over three hours waiting to talk to finance. Staff was friendly enough but they are definitely understaffed.

Hidden fees ruined my day
Everything was fine until the final paperwork. They tacked on a bunch of bogus dealer fees that weren't mentioned when I test drove the sedan. Really shady business practices here.
