Poor post-sale support
Loved the sales experience, but the service department has been unresponsive since we bought our fifth wheel. Can't get a return call for repairs.

Good RVs, needs better organization
The lot is a bit chaotic to navigate, but the sales staff was friendly. Just wish the process of securing the unit was a little faster.
