When we got to the final paperwork, they tried to add on several fees we didn't agree to initially. Very disappointing tactic.

Great car, long wait
The Genesis is a beautiful machine. My only complaint is the finance department took forever, over three hours to sign papers.

Solid dealer but busy
The dealership is very popular so be prepared to wait a bit even with an appointment. Otherwise, the service was excellent.
