They promised me a specific rate over the phone but changed it when I arrived. I sat in the lobby for four hours just to be told they couldn't honor it. Don't waste your energy here.

Brought my car in for a pre-purchase check and they kept me waiting for hours only to tell me the report wasn't ready. Terrible communication from the service desk.
