I went in for a pre-owned sedan and agreed on a price with Mateo, but once I got to finance, they tacked on thousands in dealer fees that were never mentioned. Complete waste of time.

Brought my car in for a pre-purchase check and they kept me waiting for hours only to tell me the report wasn't ready. Terrible communication from the service desk.
