They tried to add on a bunch of junk fees I never asked for. When I said no, the salesman got rude and stopped helping me entirely.

Total waste of my time
Scheduled an appointment, showed up, and they didn't even have the car I came to see. Nobody communicated that it had sold yesterday. Terrible management here.

Found exactly what I wanted
They had a huge selection of trucks. I worked with Thomas and he was patient while I test-drove four different vehicles. Got a fair deal on a Z71.

Nice ride but took time
Love my new Trax! Everyone was friendly, especially Maria, but the financing paperwork took a bit longer than I hoped. Still happy with the end result though.

Good car, decent dealership
The car is great and runs perfectly. The wait time to sign the final papers was the only downside. Took way longer than I expected for a weekday.
