The online ad listed features the car didn't actually have. Very frustrating after driving an hour to see it. Sales rep was dismissive about the error.

The sales team was great, but the finance department was a bit unorganized. Took a long time to get the final documents processed and signed off.

Within a week the transmission failed. They haven't returned my calls. Do not buy a vehicle here unless you have a mechanic look at it first.

Came from out of town and they had everything prepared for me. The trade-in value offered was better than expected. Will definitely return for my next car.
