Inventory is okay, but I had to wait quite a while to get someone to show me an item from the glass case. Staff was distracted.

Great customer service from staff
Always friendly when I walk in. They have some really unique jewelry pieces and the prices are much better than the big retail stores.

Awful experience with customer service
The guy working today was incredibly rude. I asked a simple question about a loan term and he basically laughed at me.
