Sometimes they have great stuff, other times the cases are pretty empty. Staff is friendly enough though if you just want to browse.

Great customer service from staff
Always friendly when I walk in. They have some really unique jewelry pieces and the prices are much better than the big retail stores.

Awful experience with customer service
The guy working today was incredibly rude. I asked a simple question about a loan term and he basically laughed at me.
