Slow delivery on rental
They promised the lift by 8 AM and it didn't show until noon. It threw off our whole schedule for the day. Very disappointing timing.

Avoid this equipment rental
Rented a lift and it broke down on the second day. They took four hours to show up and didn't offer any refund. Terrible service.
